About the role
Join Sunnyfield as our HR Administrator and play a vital role in the administration of pre- employment and existing worker compliance checks, as well as overseeing the onboarding of new employees. This role is an important part of ensuring the availability of high‑quality staff to support people with disability.
This role is at the centre of workforce readiness- supporting seamless onboarding, managing critical compliance processes and removing barriers so our people can begin and continue their work with confidence.

Support a Compliant, Ready Workforce By
Managing end to end pre-employment and existing worker screening processes.Coordinating onboarding from offer stage through to day one.Monitoring compliance requirements and managing re screening timelines.Identifying and resolving onboarding or screening risks while partnering with Talent, HR, Payroll and hiring leaders.Maintaining accurate records, reporting and vendor relationships while supporting continuous improvement.
