Pay: $40.17 to $55 per hour depending on ongoing client hours, plus super and commission

Hours: Build to 20 to 30+ paid hours/week

The One Condition

• Reliable. People can count on you to be there and be ready.
• Structured. You track your clients, plan your sessions and follow systems that work.
• Consistent. You show up the same way on the hard days as the easy ones.
• Open. You would rather be corrected and improve than be right and stuck.
• If that is not you, this will not work, and that is fine. We are looking for coaches who want to actually coach.
