About the role

JSB Flooring is seeking someone with any experience as a Flooring Installer to join our small team on a full-time basis. This is a hands-on position based in Port Noarlunga South, SA, where you will be responsible for the professional installation of various flooring types across residential projects. As a Flooring Installer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality finishes that meet our clients' expectations and contribute to the reputation of our company in the building trades industry.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and assess flooring surfaces, including cleaning, levelling and repairing subfloors to ensure optimal installation conditions

• Install a variety of flooring materials, including timber, laminate, vinyl & carpet tiles.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Flooring Installer

• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual work, including standing, kneeling and lifting for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and clients

• Current driver's licence and own transport for travel to various job sites

• Relevant qualifications or certifications in flooring installation are advantageous
