Vacancies will arise in 2027 on the ACT Board of the Medical Board of Australia as follows:

• two practitioner member vacancies
• two community member vacancies

The Territory Boards work in partnership with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) to make notification (complaint) and registration decisions about individual practitioners, based on national policies and standards set by the National Boards. Practitioners provide important expertise and input from their profession. Community members are active and engaged health consumers with lived experience and strong community connections who can represent the needs, perspectives and expectations of the community.
