About the role

As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service by;

• Providing timely solutions via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Collaborating with operations for seamless customer experiences.
• Handling inquiries, quotes, escalations, and equipment breakdown support.
• Managing details, schedules, and building strong customer relationships.

About you

• You are passionate about customer service, thrive in a dynamic environment, and want to be part of a family-oriented company that values growth and innovation.
• Customer service experience, including digital, phone, and email.
• Dedication to exceptional service and strong customer focus.
• Proficiency in communication, MS Office tools, and problem-solving.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and skilled in multitasking.
• Motivated to excel in a phone-based role, with administrative expertise.
• Available to work weekends (the role has staggered shifts on a rotating roster including weekends and early and late shifts).
