Job Description

Reporting to the Business and Information Systems Manager:

Provides technical support, investigation, and analysis for BGPA business administration and information management systems; supports the planning, coordination, and administration of related projects and directorate operations; and prepares reports, operational documents, briefing notes, and correspondence.

Selection Criteria

Applicants should address the following three (3) criteria. These should be addressed in no more than two (2) pages in total.

1. Demonstrated experience in the investigation, collation, analysis and interpretation of information, preferably in a field related to business administration and information management.
2. Demonstrated experience in assisting the planning, coordinating, and managing ICT projects.
3. Well-developed written communication skills, organisational and administrative skills, with a high level of digital literacy and competency in learning and applying a wide range of computer software tools.
