Full-Time Gardener

Almond Gardening is looking for a reliable, hardworking and motivated Gardener to join our growing team on a full-time basis.

Our work is mainly based around Caulfield and surrounding suburbs, with a mix of regular garden maintenance and landscaping projects.

Whether you already have gardening experience or you're looking to start a career in the industry, we'd love to hear from you. Training and support will be provided to the right person.

About the Role

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Lawn mowing, edging and general lawn care
• Hedging and pruning
• Weeding and garden clean-ups
• Planting and general plant care
• Using and maintaining gardening equipment
• Working independently at client properties
• Assisting with landscaping projects when required

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Is reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Takes pride in their work
• Enjoys working outdoors
• Has a genuine interest in gardening and landscaping
• Is willing to learn and develop new skills
• Can work independently as well as part of a team
• Has good attention to detail
• Is physically fit and comfortable with outdoor work
• Has a friendly and professional attitude

Previous gardening or landscaping experience is an advantage, but not essential. We are happy to train someone who has the right attitude and work ethic.

Requirements

• Valid Australian driver's licence
• Availability to work around Caulfield and surrounding suburbs
• Previous gardening experience is preferred but not essential

Your own vehicle is not essential. Depending on the right candidate, a company vehicle may be provided.
