Senior Beauty Therapist

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of skincare, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to helping clients achieve their skincare goals. We have 32-38hrs per week available, with full-time, part-time or casual available for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a range of beauty treatments including facials, waxing, body treatments, IPL, skin needling, dermaplaning, microdermabrasion and LED.

• We provide comprehensive training on advanced treatments for suitable candidates.

• Conduct skin consultations and recommend appropriate treatments and products.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Work as part of the Ella Bache Ipswich team to achieve salon goals.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Beauty Therapy or Cert 4 in Beauty (exceptional Cert 3 applicants will also be considered)

• 1-2 years of in-salon experience.

• Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including Thursday evening and Saturdays.

• Australian work rights are essential for this position.

• Lash extension experience is preferred but not essential.
