Mechanical Project Manager

An established and highly respected mechanical services contractor is continuing to grow its Major Projects division and is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join the team.

With a strong pipeline of work already secured, this is an opportunity to join a business known for delivering landmark commercial developments across Victoria. You'll be supported by experienced leadership, quality site teams and proven systems that allow Project Managers to focus on delivering successful projects.

This is a business where careers are built. Many of the leadership team have progressed internally, and genuine opportunities exist to move into Senior Project Management, Operations or Leadership positions as the company continues to expand.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing commercial HVAC projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standard.

Your responsibilities will include:
• End to end project management
• Financial management including forecasting and cost control
• Client and consultant relationship management
• Managing subcontractors and site teams
• Procurement and programming
• Contract administration and reporting
• Ensuring safety, quality and compliance across projects

About You
You will have experience delivering commercial mechanical services projects and enjoy working in a collaborative, high performing environment.
You'll ideally bring:
• Previous experience managing commercial HVAC projects
• Strong knowledge of mechanical services installations
• Excellent commercial and financial management skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A proactive and solutions focused approach
