A new opportunity is available for a reliable and adaptable individuals to join our day shift team in Hoppers Crossing. The role will be responsible for cooking with a deep fryer, ensuring the accurate and timely handling of food products in accordance with company HACCP and OHS quality procedures. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our kitchen, contributing to the creation of our delicious products.

Our ideal applicant must have a current Food Handlers with previous experience working in a Food or Beverage warehouse environment.

Qualifications & experience

• At least 6+ months work experience within the food manufacturing industry

• HACCP Quality assurance knowledge

• A strong understanding of food safety systems

• Attention to detail and outstanding time management

• Strong communication skills.

• Experience with food is desirable

• Team player attitude with the ability to be proactive and work autonomously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Move and handle dough buckets, lifting to 10kg

• Pack finished products ready for dispatch

• Perform quality assurance checks

• General warehouse duties as required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced food production environment.

• Contribute to our hygiene safe workplace standards

• Excellent communication skills

• Ensure adequate supplies of packing consumables are always on hand to meet production requirements.
