The Opportunity

We're looking for a Sales Assistant/Warehouse Assistant to join our Bathurst branch. This is a hands-on role primarily focusing on warehouse operations but also customer service, sales support when/where needed

Key Responsibilities/Role description

• Providing friendly and efficient customer service support via phone, email, and in-person

• Accurately picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders

• Receiving, unloading, and processing incoming goods and materials

• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe environment

• Assisting with inventory management and stock control

• Collaborating with the wider team to continuously improve processes and procedures

• Ability to work positively/affectively in a small hard working team

What We're Looking For

• Experience in warehouse operations or sales, customer service,

• Experience in one of these areas is sufficient to be considered for this position

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Forklift license (either holding, or willing to obtain)

• Willingness to help in multiple roles where needed
