About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a motivated team member to step into a hybrid Warehouse Assistant/Parts Interpreter role at our Nerang branch. 

This is a hands-on position where no two days look the same. You’ll split your time between the warehouse and the front counter, supporting both the operational side of the business and our customers directly. 

One minute you’re picking and packing orders, the next you’re helping a customer find the exact part they need. If you like variety, staying busy, and being part of a tight-knit team, this role will suit you perfectly. 

Your day-to-day will include: 

• Picking, packing, and dispatching automotive parts accurately  

• Loading and unloading deliveries  

• Assisting with stock control, stocktakes, and warehouse organisation  

• Supporting a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment  

• Assisting customers (in-store, phone, and online) with parts enquiries  

• Interpreting orders and providing accurate parts advice  

• Processing orders, quotes, and invoices  

• Working closely with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure smooth order flow  

• Building and maintaining strong product knowledge across European vehicle brands

About You

You’re someone who’s just as comfortable getting hands-on in the warehouse as you are talking to customers. 

You’ll bring: 

• A strong work ethic and a willingness to roll up your sleeves  

• Great communication and customer service skills  

• Good attention to detail and time management  

• Basic computer skills (we’ll teach you the rest)  

• The ability to lift and move stock safely  

Bonus points if you have: 

• Automotive parts knowledge (especially European brands)  

• Previous experience in a warehouse or parts interpreting role
