Mechanic

About the role

Austyre N Automotive is looking for an experienced Mechanic to join our team in Molendinar, Queensland. This full-time role involves performing a range of maintenance and repair tasks on various vehicles, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting inspections and diagnostics to identify issues with customer vehicles

• Carrying out routine maintenance such as oil changes, tune-ups, and tyre rotations

• Repairing and replacing components like brakes, engines, transmissions, and electrical systems

• Maintaining detailed records of all work performed

What we're looking for

• Years of experience as a qualified Mechanic in the automotive industry

• Minimum 3-5 years of mechanic experience required

• Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent trade qualification

• Familiarity with the latest automotive technologies and repair techniques

• A valid driver's licence and your own tools

• Temporary Visa applicant OK

• Valid work rights in Australia including any work visa or temporary visa

• Part-time workers OK
