Assistant Property Manager

• Conduct routine inspections and prepare detailed inspection reports

• Follow up any maintenance or tenancy issues identified during inspections

• Assist Property Managers with day-to-day portfolio tasks

• Liaise with tenants, landlords and trades in a professional manner

• Coordinate and follow up maintenance requests and work orders

• Assist with organising quotes and scheduling repairs

• Prepare and send routine inspection notices in line with legislation

• Maintain accurate records and update property management systems

• Assist with entry and exit inspection administration when required

• Support Property Managers with tenant and owner communications

• Assist with general administration and portfolio support tasks

• Conduct Open Homes
  

• A proactive individual with strong customer service skills and a passion for real estate

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities

• A team player who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn, grow and take initiative

• You must hold a current QLD Real Estate Certificate or Licence (essential – please only apply if you meet this requirement)

• A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
