At Apprenticeship Support Australia (ASA), we help employers, apprentices and trainees navigate every stage of the apprenticeship journey. We're looking for a relationship-focused Account Manager to manage a portfolio of clients, support apprenticeship and traineeship placements, and identify new business opportunities across your region.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in account management, business development, customer service or stakeholder engagement who enjoys working with people, building trusted relationships and making a difference in their local business community.
What you'll be doingManage a portfolio of employer clients and serve as their key point of contact.
Develop strong relationships with employers, apprentices, trainees and training providers.
Support apprenticeship and traineeship sign-ups, monitoring visits and ongoing account activities.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your region.
Deliver presentations and promote Australian Apprenticeships to prospective employers and stakeholders.
Monitor client activity, maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with government requirements.
Work closely with RTOs, industry partners and community networks to increase apprenticeship participation.
Resolve customer enquiries and provide outstanding service throughout the apprenticeship lifecycle.
You'll be a motivated and customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering results.
You'll bring:
Experience in account management, business development, sales or customer relationship management.
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
The ability to identify opportunities and grow client relationships.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
High attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities.
Confidence working across multiple systems and databases.
A proactive, self-driven approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
A current driver's licence and willingness to travel within your region.
