Working alongside experienced Registered Nurses, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes the dignity, comfort, and wellbeing of every resident.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience working in aged care as Enrolled Endorsed Nurse including experience using ECaseCurrent AHPRA registration as an Endorsed Enrolled NurseA current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (mandatory)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsA genuine willingness to learn, develop, and contribute to a positive team environmentAvailability to work a minimum of 2 to 3 shifts as outlined in the roster requirementsPreference will be given to candidates who are not currently undertaking further nursing studies and can commit to the required roster
Your Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans and resident needsAdminister medications safely and accurately within scope of practice and organisational policiesComplete clinical assessments and maintain accurate documentation using ECase and other clinical systemsMonitor residents' health status and promptly report any changes to the Registered NurseSupport the development, implementation, and evaluation of resident care plansDeliver care in line with aged care standards, policies, and best-practice guidelinesPromote residents' physical, emotional, social, and spiritual wellbeingWork collaboratively with residents, families, Registered Nurses, and multidisciplinary team members to achieve positive care outcomesContribute to a safe, respectful, and person-centred care environmentParticipate in ongoing learning, quality improvement initiatives, and professional development activities
