 We are seeking a dynamic Media Solutions Adoption Specialist to join a high-visibility initiative at the heart of a media transformation program. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring commercial teams seamlessly adopt and thrive with a cutting-edge AI agentic platform. You’ll serve as a critical bridge, guiding teams from initial training through to everyday mastery, ensuring adoption success within a fast-paced media environment.

This role sits at the intersection of media strategy and solutions, sales enablement, and technology adoption. You will collaborate closely with senior sales leaders, commercial strategists, and technical teams, embedding confidence in new tools and workflows. If you are a proactive enabler who thrives on empowering sales teams, building capability, and delivering tangible adoption outcomes, this hands-on role will position you at the forefront of a media innovation journey.

 What’s the role?

• Act as the key liaison between sales teams and the AI platform, ensuring seamless adoption and embedding usage in daily workflows.
• Provide hands-on, real-time support on the floor during and after training to drive confidence and skill development.
• Conduct one-to-one coaching sessions to address adoption barriers and tailor guidance to individual learning needs.
• Partner with senior media sales leaders and strategists to align platform usage with commercial goals and growth objectives.
• Track, manage, and escalate adoption issues, ensuring full visibility and resolution of all user queries during the critical post-rollout period.

 Who are you?

• You have a strong background in media sales strategy & solutions, commercial operations, or media solutions consulting, with firsthand experience working in a media or publishing environment.
• You have a proven track record of driving technology adoption, delivering one-to-one coaching, and empowering teams to confidently integrate new tools into their daily sales processes.
• You excel at communicating technical concepts in a clear, accessible way, adapting your style to meet the confidence levels of diverse teams.
• You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments, quickly building trust with stakeholders and championing change across commercial and operational teams.
• You are action-oriented, with a passion for enabling business success, translating media strategy into tangible adoption outcomes, and fostering a one-team culture.
