Pastry Chef

We’re looking for a talented and passionate Pastry Chef to join our dynamic culinary team within our large and expanding Club Group. This is a role that will be based at our North Lakes location, where you will be joining a welcoming and skilled team.

About the Role:
As our Pastry Chef, you’ll be responsible for creating exceptional desserts, pastries, and baked goods that delight our members and guests. You’ll work alongside a dedicated kitchen team, contributing to our reputation for quality and innovation while maintaining high standards of presentation and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present a wide range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods for our restaurants and functions.

• Maintain product quality, consistency, and portion control.

• Assist in menu development and contribute creative ideas for new offerings.

• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards and procedures.

• Collaborate with chefs, management, and both front and back of house teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional dining experience.

About You:

• Trade-qualified Pastry Chef with proven experience in a high-volume kitchen or hospitality venue.

• Passionate about your craft, with a strong eye for detail and presentation.

• Organised, reliable, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Positive attitude and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication skills.
