We are seeking an experienced Boutique Supervisor to join Valiram |Cartier, one of the world’s most prestigious luxury Maisons.

This is an opportunity for an accomplished luxury retail professional ready to take the next step in leadership, supporting the Boutique Manager in driving commercial performance, exceptional client experience and operational excellence.

As Boutique Supervisor, you will be a visible leader on the boutique floor, setting the standard for service and supporting the team to consistently deliver an elevated Cartier experience.

The Opportunity

Working closely with the Boutique Manager, you will support the day-to-day leadership and performance of the boutique.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading by example and delivering an exceptional luxury client experience

• Supporting the achievement of boutique sales targets and KPIs

• Coaching and motivating the team to achieve individual and boutique objectives

• Providing leadership and direction on the boutique floor

• Building strong, long-term relationships with clients

• Supporting client development and CRM activities

• Maintaining exceptional Cartier presentation and service standards

• Supporting daily boutique operations, stock management and compliance

• Assisting with rostering and daily allocation of team responsibilities

• Supporting onboarding, training and development of team members

• Managing customer concerns professionally and discreetly

• Acting as a senior point of contact when the Boutique Manager is unavailable

• Supporting a collaborative, professional and high-performance boutique culture

Important – Airport Working Hours:
This role is based at Sydney International Airport and requires flexibility to work across airport trading hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

What You Will Bring

We are looking for a polished and commercially minded retail professional with:

• Previous experience in luxury or premium retail

• Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, Senior Sales Associate or 2IC, or readiness to step into leadership

• A strong record of achieving sales targets and KPIs

• Exceptional clienteling and relationship-building skills

• Confidence coaching and supporting team members

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent attention to detail and operational discipline

• A professional, composed and solutions-focused leadership style

• A genuine passion for luxury, craftsmanship and exceptional service

Experience within fine jewellery, watches, luxury fashion or premium accessories will be highly regarded.
