This approach reduces risk and enhances efficiencies making us a leading and trusted partner every step of the way.Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of opportunities, we are seeking a commercially focused Estimator to join our team in Perth.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced estimating professional to play a key role in developing competitive tender submissions and supporting the continued success of our Australian operations.About the RoleAs an Estimator, you will be responsible for developing accurate, commercially robust estimates and pricing strategies for a variety of industrial services projects. Working closely with Operations teams and technical subject matter experts, you will help optimise delivery solutions, assess risks, and develop winning tender submissions.You will be a critical contributor throughout the tender process, ensuring cost models are accurate, competitive, and aligned with business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed labour, equipment, material, and subcontract cost estimatesBuild tender pricing models and support the development of project P&L forecastsCollaborate with Operations and Technical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to optimise delivery methodologies and execution plansAnalyse key cost drivers, productivity assumptions, and resource requirementsConduct market benchmarking and competitive analysis to support pricing strategiesLead cost risk assessments and assist with contingency developmentMaintain estimating databases, historical benchmarks, and lessons learned registersSupport tender reviews, governance requirements, and approval processesContribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the estimating function

Requirements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:Experience in estimating, tendering, project controls, commercial, or related disciplinesExperience in the Mining, Oil and Gas, Energy or Infrastructure industries will be highly regardedStrong analytical capabilities with advanced Excel skillsExperience within industrial services, maintenance, shutdowns, oil & gas, resources, mining, energy, or similar industriesA strong understanding of project costing, pricing, and commercial driversExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skillsThe ability to review technical information and translate it into accurate cost modelsA proactive and detail-oriented approach with the ability to work to tight deadlines
