The Langham Hotel Melbourne is currently looking for Room Attendants to join our team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Partaking in a four week training period where the set number of rooms will gradually increaseCompleting the set number of rooms independently, within the required timeframe, inclusive of the following duties (but not limited to):Cleaning the bathroomChanging of bed linen and towelsDusting and vacuumingReplenishment of items within the roomProvide personalized guest service by answering all guest queries

For this role, your skills and experience will be inclusive of the following:

Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a luxury hotel or similar environment Excellent organisational & time management skillsAttention to detailImmaculate presentation and grooming Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work a rotating roster with various shifts

This role requires colleagues to work in an active work environment, where manual handling tasks will be required.
