About the Role

Are you a creative thinker with a passion for design? Bed Bath N’ Table is seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and wants to contribute to the concept, design, and creation of highly engaging visual content across all marketing channels.

As a Junior Graphic Designer, you will:

• Manage weekly tickets, checklists, and store requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Create and distribute store tickets to support catalogue sale campaigns.
• Support the Graphic Design team in the creation and execution of creative assets, including:
• Email campaigns
• Packaging
• eCommerce assets (digital advertising, social media, and homepage assets)
• Visual merchandising materials
• Produce high-quality finished artwork from creative briefs, with support from the Graphic Design team.
• Coordinate the delivery of creative assets by collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers (including printers) to ensure deadlines are met.

What We’re Looking For

You will shine in this role if you have:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop & Illustrator)
• Experience with Excel and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to work across print and digital formats with a solid background in graphic design
• Ability to apply design principles such as colour, typography and photographic selection to concepts that meet brief requirements, for approval.
• Office experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal skills.
