What You’ll Be Doing
As a Community OT, you’ll help clients improve independence, function, and quality of life within their own homes and communities.
Your Caseload Will Be Varied And May Include
Functional assessments and ADL supportCapacity building programs in home and community settingsHome modifications and assistive technology prescriptionNeurorehabilitation (stroke, ABI, cerebral palsy, progressive conditions)Care coordination and client advocacy across NDIS, Aged Care, DVA, and other funding streams
You’ll work across a diverse community caseload including:

About You
You may be early in your OT career or looking to take the next step. Either way, you’re passionate about community-based care and making a real impact.
We’re Looking For Someone Who Has
Bachelor’s or master's degree in occupational therapyCurrent AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insuranceMinimum 1–2 years’ experience preferredCommunity or NDIS experience highly regarded (but not essential)Strong communication skills and a genuine people-focused approachSelf-motivation, initiative, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team
You must also have (or be eligible to obtain):
A valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check)An NDIS Worker Screening Check
