About the role

You will play an important role in managing projects from the initial customer enquiry and quotation through to production, installation and final completion, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, accurately and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from initial customer enquiry and quotation through to production, installation and final completion

• Prepare accurate quotations by analysing project requirements

• Manage multiple projects, enquiries and deadlines simultaneously

• Coordinate with customers, production and installation teams

• Respond calmly and effectively to unexpected situations

About you

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin(Oral&Writing)

• 2+ years of relevant experience in estimating, sales, project coordination or a similar role

• Experience in the aluminium windows and doors, construction, building materials or related industry is highly regarded

• Local Australian sales, estimating or project coordination experience is highly regarded

• Strong understanding of construction products, project requirements and quotation processes

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Strong customer service and relationship management skills

• Excellent organisational and time management skills

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
