About The Role:
We have a great opportunity for an experienced and highly organised Accounts Clerk to become an integral part of our friendly and energetic team. This role will have a focus on supporting Warranty Accounts operations. Reporting to the Warranty Accounts Supervisor, this role offers a great opportunity to broaden your experience and develop your finance/accounting skills. The role is a 12-month fixed term contract with a view to permanent for the right candidate.

What You’ll Do:

• Preparation of data for invoicing
• Preparation of accounting confirmation data
• Issuing of credit notes
• Reconciliation of multiple accounts
• Processing of payments for third party providers
• Regular communication with third party providers
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• General administration support to the team
• Ad hoc tasks assigned by Supervisor/Manager

What You’ll Bring:

• Full Australian working rights is essential.
• Tertiary qualifications in accounting
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in AR, AP, reconciliations or similar
• Intermediate level of MS Excel skills
• Demonstrated experience with regular collation and creation of reports.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.High attention to detail and time management skills is a must.
