Immediate Start – Casual Support Worker (Disability Complex Care)

Hear Me Roar Pty Ltd is looking for caring, reliable and motivated Disability Support Workers to join our team.

This is a rewarding role where you will help support daily living, personal care and provide a safe, positive environment while working as part of a supportive team in a 3:1 setting. (Staffing Ratio: 3:1 from 6:00am–8:00pm, reducing to 2:1 from 8:00pm–6:00am.)

We are seeking people who are:

• Caring, patient and reliable.

• Able to stay calm in challenging situations.

• Good communication skills with an understanding of Positive Approaches to Behaviour Strategies.

• Flexible to work mornings, afternoons, sleepovers, weekends and public holidays.

• Experience in disability support, however training is provided.

• Experience with epilepsy, behaviour support or complex care.

• Enrolled Nurses are encouraged to apply.

Essential Requirements

• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).

• Current First Aid & CPR.

• Current Driver Licence
