Psychologist – Fitness for Work & Assessment Review (Remote)

Are you an experienced psychologist who thrives on complex case review, rigorous assessment, and high-stakes consultation? We're seeking an Organisational Psychologist to review psychometric assessment batteries, consult with referring organisations, and deliver Mental Health Fitness for Work determinations — remotely, with a manageable, consultation-based workload.

•    Review and interpret tiered psychometric assessment batteries, exercising clinical judgement on escalation where risk indicators are present

•    Conduct structured clinical interviews and file reviews to inform fitness for work determinations

•    Provide clear, evidence-based written opinions on psychological fitness for duty and return-to-work

•    Consult with employers, HR, insurers, and treating providers on workplace mental health matters

•    AHPRA-registered Psychologist (Organisational endorsement, or General Psychologist with substantial fitness-for-work/assessment experience)

•    Demonstrated experience interpreting complex assessment batteries and producing determination-style reports

•    Strong report-writing skills suited to review by employers, insurers, or legal parties

•    Comfortable working remotely with a private, telehealth-suitable workspace
