As our Ecommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for accelerating digital sales growth through Komatsu's eCommerce and MyFleet platforms across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, customer experience, marketing and digital commerce. You'll work closely with Parts, Sales, Marketing and Technology teams to identify opportunities to move traditional purchasing behaviours into digital channels, increasing customer engagement, platform adoption and online revenue.

You'll lead initiatives focused on customer acquisition, digital engagement, training, campaign execution and performance analytics while supporting customers and internal teams to maximise value from our digital platforms.

This is a highly visible role where your work will directly influence customer behaviour, strengthen aftermarket revenue growth and improve the overall customer experience.

The position can be based in either Fairfield, NSW or Welshpool, WA and offers a hybrid work arrangement with the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week.

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience in B2B eCommerce, digital commerce, customer adoption or digital growth roles.
• Demonstrated success growing online revenue and increasing customer engagement through digital channels.
• Experience developing and delivering customer and employee training programs.
• Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, user behaviour and digital channel optimisation.
• Experience working closely with sales teams to drive behavioural change and digital adoption.
• Knowledge of marketing campaigns, customer communications, engagement metrics and ROI measurement.
• Strong reporting, analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Commercially focused with the ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth and customer penetration.
• Experience within aftermarket, parts, automotive, industrial equipment, machinery or related sectors highly regarded.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Experience working with CRM, eCommerce, customer portals or digital business platforms.
