Investment Analyst

The Analyst will be involved in the following:
Evaluating and underwriting properties for potential investment; Preparing DCF valuation analyses for potential property investments; Completing or reviewing investment management reports; Evaluating recommendations provided by third-party property managers; Performing competitive property analyses; Conducting site inspections; Attending investor meetings and presenting reports; and Preparing Excel, PowerPoint, and other presentation materials.
Requirements: 2+ years of professional experience; Australian citizenship; strong quantitative and written communication skills; some experience with financial modelling; and prior experience in at least one of the following fields: accounting, asset management, financial services, real estate or engineering. Academic training in engineering may also satisfy this requirement.
