One Tree Community Services is seeking an experienced and proactive Corporate Manager to lead and oversee our Melbourne Corporate Office operations. Reporting directly to the Executive Director. You will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to drive operational excellence across corporate services, quality systems, facilities, procurement, and strategic projects.
This pivotal role offers the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the success and sustainability of a national not-for-profit organisation committed to strengthening communities.
Key areas of responsibility include: - Leading and supporting Melbourne corporate services operations
- Managing procurement, purchasing, supplier relationships and contracts
- Overseeing facilities, assets, fleet and property management
- Maintaining and improving ISO Quality Management Systems
- Coordinating audits, compliance activities and governance requirements
- Managing operational budgets and expenditure within delegated authority
- Supporting business development through tenders, submissions and proposals
- Overseeing corporate reporting, contractor management and service agreements
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across corporate services
- Supporting strategic projects and organisational priorities
To be successful in this role, you will bring: - Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Corporate Law, Management or a related discipline
- Minimum three years' experience in a similar corporate, operational or management role
- Demonstrated experience managing procurement processes, purchasing and supplier relationships
- Strong financial and commercial acumen, including budget monitoring and expenditure management
- Experience coordinating facilities, assets, maintenance programs and contractors
- Proven experience preparing tenders, submissions and business proposals
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and ISO accreditation requirements
- High-level analytical, reporting and organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently, exercise initiative and take ownership of outcomes
- Current unrestricted driver's licence
