Turf Developments (WA) Pty Ltd has been operating since 1990, servicing all facets of the turf and landscape industries. For over 30 years we’ve built a strong commercial client base and secured high-profile government contracts across diverse areas of turf and landscape management.
Due to continued expansion, our Landscape Maintenance Division is now seeking capable staff to join our team.

The Role
We are looking for experienced operators with horticultural and mechanical backgrounds. A WA Pesticide Spray Licence is highly regarded, and irrigation experience is a strong advantage.
Candidates with an MR Driver’s Licence and a mechanical background will be highly considered.
Our base is located 10 minutes east of Mindarie Keys (near Wanneroo Road).
Typical hours: 5:00 am – 1:00 pm (8-hour day), with overtime as required.
Daily Duties Include
Mowing, edging & brush-cutting lawn areas
Hedging and pruning
Weed removal (manual and chemical application)
Spraying weeds in garden & hardstand areas
Raking gardens and clearing debris
Monitoring and reporting on plant health
Checking irrigation systems & making minor repairs
Job reporting
What We Offer
$30 – $38 per hour (negotiable based on skills/qualifications)
Superannuation + overtime rates

Essential Requirements
Current C Class Driver’s Licence (MR Licence preferred)
Current Police Clearance
Honest, reliable, and self-motivated
Physically fit & mechanically minded
Willingness to work unsupervised
