We're after a Director to lead within our Accounting team: someone technically sharp who wants to build real relationships, not just manage a portfolio. You'll run your own patch, back your team, and help shape how we grow.

What you'll bringCA/CPA qualified, 10 years in practice, some of it leading a teamCommercial acumen coupled with a hunger for growthStrong technical ability with the ability to communicate the complex clearly and simply (e.g. tax restructuring, CGT advice, employee incentives)Strong commercial skills that translate into positive outcomes for clients (e.g. strategic advisory, VCFO)You communicate clearly, deliver reliably, and own it when things go sidewaysYou want your team to learn and grow as much as you do
