We are a Perth based family-owned business who provide a range of gardening services and packages for both commercial & residential customers. We pride ourselves on our reliability, our experience, value for money and working with our customers to create and maintain beautiful garden spaces.

We are a small team, and you will be working directly with the founder / owner who has 15 years+ experience in the industry. It is a friendly and supportive environment.

We are open to someone working full time or part time. We are generally onsite between 6.30am to 7.00am Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday.

What You'll Do
You'll be part of a small, supportive team maintaining gardens and outdoor areas to a very high standard. Every day brings something new, but typical duties include:

• Working in a safe manner in line with our safety standards

• Lawn mowing, whipper sniping and edging

• Weeding & weed control

• Planting & mulching

• Hedging & pruning

• Full garden tidy ups

• Using machinery such as lawn mowers, whipper snippers, blowers etc.

• Working across residential and commercial businesses

• Providing great customer service to our customers

This role would suit someone who has an interest in gardening / horticulture. Gardening experience would be desirable but not essential, we are happy to train the right candidate, someone who is new to the industry but is keen to learn.

Absolutely essential is someone who is reliable, has exceptional customer service and is hard working with a strong work ethic.

Essential Requirements:

• Australian Working Rights

• Reliable, exceptional customer service and a strong work ethic

• Safe use of gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, whipper snippers, hedge trimmers, blowers etc

• Current National Police Clearance

• Working With Children Clearance (or willingness to obtain)

• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks

• Medical & Drug & Alcohol Clearance

• Two direct work referees

• Current Australian Drivers Licence

Desirable:

• Gardening experience in a similar role

• Retic experience

• Located North of the River
