Hair Extension Technician - Keratin Bond & Hair Loss Specialist

About the role

This position is for an experienced Hair Extension Technician specialising in keratin bond extensions and hair loss solutions. Your primary focus will be keratin bond hair extensions, working with clients experiencing hair loss, thinning hair, and supporting clients following chemotherapy or other circumstances. A large part of what we do is helping women regain their confidence through highly personalised hair solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Keratin bond application
• Extension removal and maintenance
• Colour matching
• Hair extension consultations
• Blending and finishing
• Working with fine and thinning hair
• Assisting clients experiencing different levels of hair loss
• Developing further within specialised hair loss and extension services
• Providing exceptional care and attention throughout every client appointment

About you

• Minimum of 2 years' professional hair extension experience
• Strong experience specifically with keratin bond extensions
• Excellent bond placement, sectioning and application technique
• A genuine passion for hair extensions
• A strong interest in specialising further in hair loss and extension solutions
• Compassion and confidence working with clients experiencing hair loss
• A desire to continuously learn and improve
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent client communication and customer service
• Reliability, professionalism and flexibility
