About the role
The Lived Experience Design and Development team supports the implementation of mental health system reform and service innovation informed by lived expertise, intersectionality, human rights and social justice. The team strengthens participation and co-design practice across Mind, including the Victorian Mental Health and Wellbeing Locals, by building the structures, processes and supports that enable meaningful community involvement.
We are seeking a passionate and organised Lived Experience Engagement Support Officer to provide high-quality coordination, administration and engagement support for Lived Experience Advisory Teams (LEATs) and other co-design and participation activities. Drawing on your lived or living experience and commitment to social change, you will help create accessible, inclusive and meaningful opportunities for people to shape services and systems.
