As a Massage Therapist at SAINT HAVEN, you will deliver elevated treatment experiences that combine technical excellence with genuine care, warmth, and connection.

The Role

• Deliver exceptional, personalised massage and body treatments with precision and professionalism

• Create meaningful connections with members and guests through attentive, intuitive service

• Contribute ideas to continually elevate the member experience and treatment offering

  Role Requirements

• Diploma of Remedial Massage (or equivalent qualification)

• Dual qualification in Beauty Therapy and Massage Therapy highly regarded

• Minimum 2 years’ experience, ideally within a luxury spa, wellness, or premium hospitality environment

• Strong treatment knowledge and a willingness to continue learning and evolving your skill set

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a naturally warm, professional presence

• A genuine passion for wellness, healing, and creating transformative experiences

• A collaborative, team-first mindset

  What you Bring

• Diploma of Remedial Massage or equivalent (beauty/massage dual qualification a bonus)

• 2+ years’ experience, ideally in a luxury spa or wellness environment

• A wide skill set and willingness to learn new techniques

• A natural warmth, professionalism, and love for making people feel amazing
