OCG is recruiting across Risk, Compliance, Governance, Financial Crime and Settlements for leading financial services organisations and a global fintech.

Current Roles

Risk & Compliance Consultants
Support major regulatory and transformation programs: FAR, CPS 230, regulatory advisory, remediation (RG271/277), GRC uplift, data governance, operating model reviews.

Compliance Officer – Online Trading
Work across trade surveillance, AML/CTF investigations, regulatory compliance, monitoring/testing, breach management, licensing and framework uplift.

Settlements Officer – DVP Settlements & Corporate Actions

Be responsible for managing DVP settlement obligations, investigating trade exceptions, processing corporate actions, reconciliations and ensuring compliance with ASX rules and internal processes. 

What You Bring

• Broad financial services experience across risk, compliance or governance.
• Proven capability uplifting frameworks and delivering GRC advisory.
  Strong understanding of regulatory obligations and industry standards.
  High‑quality reporting, stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• For trading roles: experience in market surveillance, AML/CTF, breaches, regulatory reporting. NASDAQ SMARTS experience highly regarded.
• For settlement role: at least 12 months' experience in Equities Operations, Settlements or Custody, with a solid understanding of the ASX trade lifecycle, CHESS, DVP settlements and corporate actions
