Electrician - Service /In Field Installation

Magic Door Industries operating for over 56 years as Australia's premier company for Automatic Garage Doors, Spiral & Rapid Opening Doors, Swing and Slide Gates, Electronic Control Systems and External Venetian Blinds. have a rare opportunity for an experienced Service Electrician to join our friendly team.

About the Role

• Repairs, installations and preventative maintenance services around the Sydney Metro area

• Working on a variety of electronically controlled opening & closing mechanisms, and communication equipment for domestic, industrial, strata plans, high rise buildings, office buildings, state government agencies and commercial clients

• Working with a high degree of autonomy at times

About You

You're an experienced electrician, preferably with garage doors and gates, who enjoys the variety and independence of a field-based role. You pride yourself on your quality workmanship and attention to detail, have great communication skills. You will require:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a qualified electrician is required.

Australian citizenship or permanent residency

Valid Australian electrician license

Experience in electro/mechanical fault finding

Minimum 1-2 years of electro/mechanical fault finding experience is required.
