Job Description

Elysium Noosa is seeking experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Supervisors to join our team. We are looking for hospitality leaders who are committed to delivering exceptional service, inspiring teams, and creating memorable moments that reflect the warmth, elegance and personalised luxury synonymous with the Elysium experience.

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will play an integral role in bringing the Elysium guest journey to life. Leading by example, you will oversee daily outlet operations, champion our service rituals, and cultivate a culture of genuine hospitality and attention to detail. Working across a variety of premium dining and beverage experiences, you will mentor and develop team members, drive operational excellence, and ensure every guest interaction is seamless, thoughtful and memorable.

Key Responsibilities

Leading and motivating Food & Beverage teams during serviceDelivering exceptional guest experiences and resolving issues professionallyTraining, coaching and developing team members to uphold Elysium Noosa's service standards and service ritualsEnsuring consistent delivery of luxury guest experiences across all outletsDriving a culture of hospitality excellence through leading by exampleEnsuring service standards, presentation and cleanliness are maintainedAssisting with rostering, stock control and operational planningDriving food and beverage sales through product knowledge and upsellingSupporting conferences, events and functions as requiredManaging opening and closing proceduresEnsuring compliance with RSA, food safety and workplace safety requirementsWorking closely with operational departments to deliver seamless service

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or Senior Food & Beverage AttendantStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support teamsExperience in restaurants, bars, events, banquets, hotels or resortsExcellent communication and guest engagement skillsStrong understanding of food, wine, cocktails and beverage serviceCurrent RSA CertificateAbility to remain calm and organised in high-volume environmentsFlexible availability, including weekends, evenings and public holidaysA genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
