Account Manager - NSW

Energy Locals is looking for a passionate and commercially minded Account Manager to join our growing Account Management team. 

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of energy, property, and community living, managing relationships with developers, strata managers, Owners Corporations, committees, and key stakeholders across a portfolio of embedded network communities. 

As an Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in customer retention, stakeholder engagement, contract renewals, and identifying opportunities to create value for both our customers and Energy Locals. You'll represent the business at First Annual General Meetings (FAGMs), General Meetings, Committee meetings, and other stakeholder forums while helping shape the future of community energy solutions. 

What You'll Be Doing 

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, strata managers, Owners Corporations, and committees.  

• Managing customer retention strategies and contract renewals across your portfolio.  

• Representing Energy Locals at FAGMs, AGMs, EGMs, and stakeholder meetings.  

• Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer outcomes and grow existing accounts.  

• Collaborating with Projects, Finance, Operations, Legal, and Customer Service teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences. 

• Supporting brownfield acquisitions, site onboarding, and community engagement initiatives.

We're particularly interested in candidates with: 

• Experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Property, Utilities, Energy, Infrastructure, or Strata-related industries.  

• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. 

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset. 

• Commercial awareness and the ability to balance customer and business outcomes. 

• Confidence presenting to groups and engaging in committee or community forums.
