We specialize in high-quality, made-to-measure products with fast turnaround times and competitive pricing. With a team of around 50 employees in Australia, we supply both large and small businesses (B2B) across the country.

About the Role:
We are seeking a Sales Representative to cover maternity leave, with the intention for the role to evolve into a permanent position as we expand our team. In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible for selling Vadain’s range of soft window furnishings and associated services to existing and potential customers across Australia. This position will involve travel to meet clients and work with both new and established accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive business growth through new and existing client relationships

• Present Vadain’s product range at trade events and B2B meetings

• Analyze sales trends and identify opportunities for growth

• Provide excellent follow-up with clients, ensuring confidence in using our products

• Offer customer training in product ordering, knowledge, and processes

• Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure smooth operations

We’re looking for a self-motivated, results-driven individual who is comfortable working independently and as part of a team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to drive sales growth and make an impact within an international company.

About You:

• Energetic, customer-focused, and sales-driven

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Ideally, you have experience in sales or marketing (window furnishings experience not required)

• Eligible to work in Australia (citizen, permanent resident, or long-term work visa)
