2027 Allied Health Graduate Program | Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology 

About the Opportunity 
Kurrajong Therapy Plus is seeking Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Pathology graduates (from 2025 & 2026) to join our 2027 Allied Health Graduate Program.  

Commencing in January 2027, our structured two-year program provides regular supervision, professional development and gradually increasing caseload to help you build confidence in your chosen discipline.  

In the initial stages of the program you’ll assess participants, deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and provide support and advice in a person-centred framework. In time, among other opportunities, you’ll refer and consult within our team, facilitate group therapy sessions and oversee one of our many placement students. 

Flexible start dates are available, with full-time roles in Wagga Wagga and Griffith, and ongoing employment after successful completion.

Eligibility :

• Right to work in Australia 
• Recent Graduate in the last two years or eligible to graduate in early-mid 2027. We also have opportunities to work as an Allied Health Assistant until you graduate. 
• Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy applicants: Eligible to obtain or hold current AHPRA registration.
• Speech Pathology applicants: Eligible for membership with Speech Pathology Australia and provisional Certified Practising Speech Pathologist status. 
• Current Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
