Build caravan chassis on a modern flow-line production system. Day shift with early finishes, consistent Monday–Friday hours plus reasonable overtime, and genuine pathways to upskill.

As an Assembly Process Worker / General Factory Hand, you'll work at defined assembly stations on our production line, building chassis components and sub-assemblies to drawing. Day-to-day you will:

• Assemble chassis components and sub-assemblies using hand tools, air tools, and power tools

• Fit suspension, couplings, and hardware to specification at your station

• Work to drawings and production schedules to meet daily targets at each stage of the line

• Perform in-process quality checks, catching defects before your work moves down the line

• Maintain your station — keep tools, materials, and your workspace safe, stocked, and organised

• 6–12 months' assembly experience in a manufacturing, factory, or mechanical environment

• Confident with tools — impact wrenches, angle grinders, drill/drivers, air tools, and measuring equipment

• Physically fit — comfortable with manual handling and staying on your feet across the shift

• Reliable and safety-focused — you show up, work safely, and take pride in doing the job right

• A team player — positive attitude in a busy, fast-paced environment

• Flexibility — willing to work reasonable overtime and some Saturdays as required
