About the role
Provide active support to some of our wonderful clients within our Day Programs across our three Hobart Community Access locations.
Title: Disability Support Worker
Employment: Casual
Salary: $36.22 - $39.53 per hour + 25% Casual Loading (dependent on qualifications and experience)
Location: Hobart, TAS
We are looking for empathetic disability support workers who take a person-centered approach when supporting people with a disability.
In this role, you will be providing active support to some of our wonderful clients within our Day Programs, across Hobart. Our clients really enjoy participating in the activities that we have on offer, so we are looking for support workers who are also open to participating in these activities alongside our clients, including bowling, cooking, catching public transport to access the community and various events.
You will be supporting and encouraging our clients to participate in a range of day-to-day activities based on their hobbies, interests and goals set within their NDIS support plans.
The role can be incredibly rewarding as you are an integral part of their journey towards 'Better Days, Every Day'.
