About the role

Working across greater Brisbane, Ipswich and Gold Coast, we are experiencing progressive growth and are looking for Project Manager to join our experienced and high-performing team.
We are seeking someone who is results-driven and confident overseeing a diversified range of projects within the Greater Brisbane and the Gold Coast. You will manage all aspects of project delivery to ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to specification. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional organisational abilities, and a proven ability to deliver projects within budget and to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure effective project execution
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions
Ensure compliance with relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
Manage project budgets
Foster positive relationships with clients, consultants, and local authorities
Conduct regular site visits to assess project progress, resolve issues, and support the project team
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, preferably within hydraulic, fire and civil projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license and relevant trade cards.
