We are looking for a passionate Educational Leader, who loves mentoring others, lifting quality, and creating meaningful learning experiences for children? This is a dynamic, hands‑on contact leadership position where you’ll guide educational practice, support your team. You’ll work closely with the Centre Manager to champion high‑quality programs, strong relationships and a positive team culture.

• Leading and inspiring Educators to deliver high‑quality programs

• Supporting curriculum planning, documentation, and reflective practice

• Mentoring and coaching educators to grow their skills and confidence

• Contributing to a warm, collaborative, and professional workplace

• 1–2 years’ experience in an Educational Leader or similar leadership role (essential)

• A deep understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and best‑practice pedagogy

• Strong communication and mentoring skills

• A passion for supporting Educators and driving continuous improvement

• A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine love for early childhood education
