We are looking for a passionate Educational Leader, who loves mentoring others, lifting quality, and creating meaningful learning experiences for children? About the RoleThis is a dynamic, hands‑on contact leadership position where you’ll guide educational practice, support your team. You’ll work closely with the Centre Manager to champion high‑quality programs, strong relationships and a positive team culture.
What You’ll Be DoingLeading and inspiring Educators to deliver high‑quality programs
Supporting curriculum planning, documentation, and reflective practice
Mentoring and coaching educators to grow their skills and confidence
Contributing to a warm, collaborative, and professional workplace
1–2 years’ experience in an Educational Leader or similar leadership role (essential)
A deep understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and best‑practice pedagogy
Strong communication and mentoring skills
A passion for supporting Educators and driving continuous improvement
A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine love for early childhood education
A supportive leadership team that values your ideas and expertise
