Pharmacy Assistant

Marraboor Pharmacy is a busy, modern community pharmacy in the heart of Swan Hill. We're currently investing in a refit — new consultation rooms, dispensing automation, and an expanded professional services offering — and we're looking for a friendly, reliable Pharmacy Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis.

About the role

Working across the front of shop and supporting the dispensary team, you'll be the welcoming face our customers see every day. Your responsibilities will include:

• Serving customers and providing helpful, professional over-the-counter advice

• Processing sales and handling point-of-sale transactions

• Restocking shelves, managing stock, and keeping displays tidy and well-presented

• Supporting the pharmacist and dispensary team as needed

• Assisting with our professional services (e.g. vaccination clinics, health screenings)

• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised store environment

What we're looking for

• A warm, customer-first attitude and genuine care for people

• Reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn

• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team

• Previous retail or pharmacy experience (desirable but not essential — we'll train the right person)

• A current Cert in Community Pharmacy is a plus
