The RoleAs we continue to grow our presence across Australia, we're looking for a bilingual Marketing Specialist (English & Mandarin) to help us engage both mainstream Australian audiences and Australia's vibrant Chinese-speaking communities.

Working closely with our Senior Marketing Manager, Australia, you'll play a key role in planning and delivering marketing initiatives that grow brand awareness, client acquisition and engagement across the Australian market.
As our Marketing Specialist, your key responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across brand, acquisition and retentionCreate and localise marketing activity for both English and Chinese-speaking audiencesDrive engagement across channels including WeChat, Xiaohongshu (Red) and other Chinese-language platformsPartner with global teams across CRM, Brand, Content, Product and Sales to deliver exceptional customer experiencesMonitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and growthTranslate insights, trends and competitor activity into actionable marketing initiativesWork closely with external agencies and partners to execute high-quality campaignsSupport events, client engagement initiatives and brand activations across the Australian marketHelp bring the Pepperstone brand to life for both existing and prospective clients
About youWe're looking for someone who's equal parts creative, commercial and culturally connected.Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken)Around 5+ years of marketing experience within a fast-paced B2C environmentExperience developing and executing digital marketing campaignsStrong understanding of Chinese-language marketing channels and platformsCultural awareness and understanding of Australia's Chinese-speaking communitiesConfidence working with data and campaign insights to inform decisionsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsA collaborative mindset and ability to work across multiple teams and regionsA proactive, hands-on approach and a passion for delivering resultsExperience within financial services, fintech, trading, forex or other regulated industries will be highly regarded but is not essential.
