Service Coordinator

Gush Global partners with retailers and brands to create exceptional customer experiences. We manage the full journey for brands, from conceptual design and prototyping to production, installation and ongoing maintenance.

We are seeking a practical and highly organised Service Coordinator to join our Production Team and coordinate retail repairs, maintenance and in-field service activities. This is a hands-on, office-based role suited to someone with experience in the consumer electronics or retail sector who understands how to coordinate jobs from initial service request through to completion and reporting.

About the Role
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will operate within the Production Team and work closely with Project Managers, Account Managers, the warehouse, installers, freight providers and external service partners.

You will:

• Repair and assist in field displays

• Coordinate retail repair and maintenance jobs from request through to completion

• Support and be client facing as required

• Raise, manage and close maintenance tickets in Airtable

• Coordinate parts, pick and pack, freight, installers and external service providers

• Communicate maintenance job requirements, progress and outcomes to clients, retailers and internal teams

• Review scopes of work and troubleshoot repair issues

• Maintain accurate job records, photographs, reports and updates

• Assist with retail activations, prototypes, store visits and site measure ups

• Support quotations, bills of materials, stocktakes and other Production Team requirements

About You

• Experience in service coordination, retail operations, production or maintenance

• Consumer electronics experience, particularly with JB Hi-Fi, The Good Guys or Harvey Norman, is highly regarded

• Strong customer service, excellent communication and organisational skills

• Hands-on, solution focused and confident troubleshooting service or installation issues

• Current Australian driver’s licence and vehicle, with the ability to lift up to 12 kg and travel interstate occasionally

• Experience managing consumer electronics or technical display projects is highly advantageous
