About the Role

We’re on the hunt for a skilled and motivated Accounts Payable Officer to support our finance team. Reporting to the Finance Manager and working closely with another AP Officer, this role is responsible for the end-to-end accounts payable function across both head office and company-owned stores.

You’ll play a key part in ensuring suppliers are paid on time, processes are followed, and records are accurate — all while working within our established ERP system (Pronto). If you’re someone who enjoys a structured role with variety and values accuracy, this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Entering and processing invoices into Pronto ERP

• Reconciling company credit cards, travel, and employee expenses

• Ensuring compliance with the purchase order process

• Coordinating payment approvals and running weekly payment batches

• Performing bank reconciliations and online store reconciliations

• Assisting with ad hoc finance tasks and projects as needed

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years' experience in accounts payable

• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (Pronto highly regarded)

• Fast and accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail

• Strong organisational and time management abilities

• Great communication skills and confident phone manner

• A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to ask questions

• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
